Due to our many trade accounts with suppliers across the UK, we
can guarantee to match or beat any genuine like for like quote from any other company.
The other quote must be produced to prove that the other
company are using the same materials as we are and in the same quantities....it is no good
comparing quotes if one company uses high grade materials and the other uses the cheapest
available.
In todays climate some builders are cutting corners and using
sub standard materials to achieve competitive prices that make there quotes look very attractive
price wise.
The other trick we are witnessing more and more currently
(written June 2011) is what alot of double glazing companies have done in the past.....providing
quotes way below what they should be, knowing that the customer will return after being quoted
higher from other "genuine" companies...what they then do is have a final "look" at the job and
discover "unforeseen" problems which then inflates their original quote back to where it should
have been originally.
When we quote for work we are more than happy to run you
through the costings to show you how we arrive at the final price, we will show you material costs
per item and also show you the estimated job length and labour charges.
If you can find another building company that will do this for
you and offer the work at a lower price we will give you £50 cash!
I think thats what they call "Putting you money where your
mouth is!"
